The hotel is located just 10 mins away from the Kuta beach. It is on the main road surrounded by shops and eateries. You can find all shopping items and food options there. The ambience is just amazing, they have 2 pools and the service is just awesome. All the staff were polite and helpful. The price is also reasonable and comparatively less. One of the best options to stay near the Airport as it took only 10-12 mins to reach from there. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including TVs that offer YouTube and Netflix for convenient entertainment. My room featured a beautiful walk-in bathroom, which added a touch of luxury. The breakfast is 7:30-10:30 (don’t quote me on it) buffet-style with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. The hotel is also kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. I stayed here solo; had a friend join me for a few days and the hotel was accomodating. The staff are courteous and attentive, always greeting you with a warm smile. Agung, in particular, is incredibly caring and loves to chat, she was definitely a highlight of my stay and made more memorable. The hotel’s prime location is just a short walk to the beach, bars, clubs, and restaurants, making it an ideal place for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

I would recommend booking the Manda room instead, as it has been renovated. The area really has Bali vibes, with many trees and Bali-style architecture. The location is very strategic to Kuta and Seminyak Beach, and you can easily walk outside to visit bars, gift shops, and souvenir stores. However, they need to improve the cleanliness. I was trying to place water and a mug on the window frame, but the housekeeper only took the mug and didn’t clean the thick dust.

I'm absolutely amazed by this hotel. It's in the main street of Kuta, but you wouldn't even notice once you get inside. Street with bars and restaurants wouldn't be able to disturb peace and tranquility inside 14 roses. You don't even have to go out. Kuta beach is 10 mins walking and everything else is just across the street. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Balcony view is 😍😍😍

My stay at Fourteen Roses Legian Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help and the staff was consistently professional and warm.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Legian, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Despite being so central, the hotel provides a quiet and peaceful escape from the bustling streets. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, allowing you to explore Legian and Kuta easily while having a relaxing retreat to return to.
The hotel itself is a gem. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. I loved the view from my balcony overlooking the serene pool, which is set in a lush tropical garden – a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
However, one area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While the food was tasty, the options were quite repetitive, which became noticeable during my long stay. For guests staying several days or more, it would be great if the hotel could rotate or introduce more variety to the breakfast menu to keep things fresh and exciting.
Overall, Fourteen Roses Legian Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of its prime location, exceptional staff service, and peaceful atmosphere make it the ideal choice for anyone visiting Bali. I can’t wait to return!

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Legian street. Stayed here for 3 days, and they have the best hospitality for 3stars hotel. Room is huge with spacious private balcony, very well maintenance. The hotel built in lovely traditional and modern Balinese style, with 2 swimming pool. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast menu is varied. I'm glad to chose this place, will be back for my next trip to Bali.

Upon arrival had to wait for our room was not ready. Check in was from 2pm onwards. We finally got our room at 2:50pm. Not really a big deal, but after a 6 hour flight with luggage and a 3 year old, you just want to get settled.
We had uneven sliding doors to our room (118) which when lined up made it difficult to lock and unlock with the key. There was also no hot water in the shower. Something they were unable to remedy at the time.
Breakfast is okay, pretty standard. The coffee was on point! Very good.
The staff are friendly and helpful. If your not bothered by inconveniences from time to time then it's a good place to stay. I'll look for something a little better on any future trips here.

A nice quiet hotel with an excellent location (five minutes to the beach), helpful staff (helped with issues). But there are also disadvantages - breakfast is very modest and the same thing, if there are a lot of people, then you can stay both without a table and without food. The staff are kind and friendly, the bed is comfortable, the room is comfortable and quiet, there is no noise from outside.
But unfortunately the bathroom is very uncomfortable because it uses a shower over bathtub without a curtain so the water splashes everywhere. The tap also doesn't work properly, it can't be pulled so that the water comes out of the shower and not from the tap below. I've complained twice to the receptionist but they only responded by sending it to the maintenance department and until I checked out it still hadn't been repaired. The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned every day, the cleaning service only tidies the room and folds the towels that have been used but are not replaced. The towels were very rough and full of stains

This is a great 3 star hotel. 24 hour concierge, safety deposit boxes and great pool. These things coupled with location, comfortable beds, ice cold aircon make this a great value hotel. We took 3 rooms... Average of aud$55 per night for 4 nights. Gets cheaper the more you take. Pay 5 dollars per person for breakfast and you can't go wrong. There are some things that could be improved... Hotel maintenance such as door handles, paintwork and water pressure need looking at BUT apart from that the pool is ice cold and the wifi in most rooms is fast and free. There is a reputable money changer on JL Melasti about 100m from the hotel. Gojek also services this location for delivery. Enjoy!

Nice large rooms. The beds and pillows are a little hard but still okay for us.

The staff were very, very friendly and cheerful, although could do with some English lessons so to better understand customers. Breakfast could do with a bit more variety but what is supplied is lovely, flavorsome and enough to get the day started.
All in all it is a lovely comfortable place and we will definitely be staying again.

Had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool which thought was nice to begin with but due to inconsiderate noisy and loud people around the pool till late at night, didn't get a lot of sleep.
The rooms definitely need updating, the shower kept dripping and on our first night the water was just tepid, complained about it and was fixed the next day, the towels were old, stained and grey looking, definitely need to update their towels
Our rooms weren't serviced untill 5 or 6pm at night, an didn't use the aircon as it put a mouldy smell in the room. The resteraunt was only small but the food was reasonable and not expensive, staff were friendly but at times a bit slow to take our food order. Certainly would not stay here again.

Located between Legian and Kuta, this hotel is tucked away in a quiet little corner, just a short walk from the beach. It's a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. There are convenient amenities like laundry services, eateries, and spa shops right outside the hotel. The pool is lovely, surrounded by frangipani trees that add a touch of enchantment. The hotel staff are all very friendly and kind. Next time, I’d love to book a poolside room.
